Where to wait

I've been coming to this place since I was a kid, and the coconut ice cream still tastes the way I remember it. A cup costs 40 baht. It's a simple, refreshing scoop: rich, real coconut, a generous pile of toppings (pandan sticky rice that's just sweet enough, and roasted peanuts), and several other flavours to pick from.

What I got and what it cost

  • Coconut ice cream in a cup, 40 baht (the price on the board the day I went)
  • Roughly 20–40 baht per person

The vibe and service Staff are quick, even when the queue gets long and the place is busy. There are a few chairs in the shade if you need to wait.

Things to keep in mind

  • The ice cream melts fast. On a hot day, eat it quickly.
  • Parking can mean walking a bit from where you leave the car.

Where to find it 100-102 Nares Road, Mak Khaen Subdistrict, Mueang Udon Thani District, Udon Thani 41000. Open 09:00–17:00. Call 089-6174243 or check the map.
